British violinist Joel Munday is currently completing studies at the Royal College of Music under the guidance of Professor Ani Schnarch. He has won top prizes at numerous competitions and has performed around the world as soloist and chamber musician.

Participating in international festivals and mastercourses such as Bowdoin Festival, USA and Keshet Eilon Festival in Israel, he receives mentoring from world renowned violinist Vadim Gluzman. Joel’s recital partners include leading pianists of his generation, namely Lucas Krupinski, Thomas Kelly and Julian Trevelyan. Locally, he has featured as a soloist in concerts by the Isca Ensemble and MD Roger Hendy. Joel plays on a violin by Bernard Fendt Jr. made in 1832 in London.
