LOCATION: The Green, opposite the Public Hall, Station Road, Budleigh Salterton.
Timed entry will be at pre-booked 10 minute intervals. Each entry provides a 30-minute experience. Last entry at 16.00. Note that live performances will only take place from 11.30 to 16.00.

Colourscape Booking Information and Conditions

Please read the following before booking. By booking tickets, you are accepting these conditions.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18). At least one adult must be included in each booking. In accordance with our safeguarding policy, unaccompanied children will not be admitted.

Up to 10 people (excluding infants and a maximum of one carer) may be booked for each slot. If you are unable to book the required number of visitors in a single timeslot, try booking over two consecutive timeslots and we will endeavour to accommodate you as a single group. Please alert staff if your booking spans two time slots and arrive for the earlier slot.

For each visitor with a disability, one carer may enter free. Do not include free carers in your booking. Additional carers are charged at the adult rate. Please alert staff when you arrive if there are carers in your group.

Colourscape is wheelchair accessible, but mobility scooters and buggies must be left outside at owners’ risk. For children with disabilities, buggies are permitted. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entry, except where necessary for medical reasons.

Colourscape is a valuable artwork. It is constructed from delicate material and we ask that you respect this. To avoid damage and for reasons of safety and comfort, please do not run or jump against the walls. Offenders may be asked to leave. Adults are responsible for the supervision of their children. No food or drink is allowed except water.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. There may be a short delay as visitors are admitted, but you will be allowed a full 30 minutes from your time of entry. Latecomers are only admitted at the discretion of staff.

Visitors must be Covid compliant and adhere to any regulations applicable at the time of entry.

As Colourscape is an air-supported structure, adverse weather, particularly high winds, may cause closure. We recommend checking the Festival website for updates, especially if strong winds are expected. Refunds of the ticket price will be processed automatically.
