Superlocrian is a groundbreaking chamber wind sextet comprising some of the UK’s foremost players. Fusing the sounds of brass and woodwind, the group comprises orchestral players, classical soloists and prize-winning jazz composers. Led by Sam Massey, the ensemble plays innovative arrangements of classical and light repertoire, promotes new compositions and commissions arrangements from leading composers. Their programme ranges from Piazzolla to Burt Bacharach and brings a unique sound to the music scene.
