Louis Solon (violin), Benji Lock (piano) & Sebastian Williams (cello)

The Avalon Trio was formed whilst its three members – Louis Solon, Benji Lock and Sebastian Williams – were pupils at the Purcell School. Now attending the Royal Academy of Music in their first year, and with many prizes to their names most notably the Contemporary Music Prize, they receive coaching from Andrew West.

Recent performances include concerts at South Hill Park, the Elgar Concert Hall at Birmingham University, St George’s Hanover Square and the Wigmore Hall. We are delighted to welcome them to the 2024 Budleigh Music Festival, most especially Louis who is from Exeter.

This concert includes music by Haydn and Rachmaninov.
